Shadow Fang frowned as she looked down at the dead pup.She ran off to catch some prey....she was sure she hid the pup well enough too. "Damn it...." She cursed softly as she looked down at the pup. Her foot gingerly nudged the pup, but it remained immobile. Tears threatened to stream down her face as she tilted her head back and let out a remorseful howl, despite being in her human-form.

At the top of the cliffs, looking over the seas, Jacob heard a loud howl. His eyes turned narrow as he looked over first, second and third beach, where he thought the howling was coming from. He couldn't see anything at first and then saw someone down by second beach, near the forests. He couldn't see in detail who it was as they were too far away, but he felt that the howl was familiar.
He ran down from the cliffs and onto the first beach, running quickly in his human form until he hit the border of second beach. He then saw Fang and wondered what was wrong. She looked sad as she looked to the ground in front of her. His eyes dropped as he realized what had happened to the baby they had both found. His eyes narrow and his body slumped with sadness. He walked up to her, running his wrist over his eyes. He was no good with tough times. "What happened?" he murmured, wrapping a reassuring arm around her shoulders.

"My sister bit me in the ass again" Shadow Fang half growled as she looked at the dead. She let out an annoyed huff of air. Damn it, why did this happen on a regular basis now? Every time time Fang tried to have a family or something that made her happy, her sister always came in and stole it away. Physically or just by killing them/it. Fang kicked at the ground in angst.

He couldn't help but look to Fang confused by what she had said. "Your sister? I haven't saw anyone around here that's new" he stated. "Why would she do this to you? . . . And why didn't you mention her sooner?" He looked to the sand near the beach, bitting his lips. He wished that she had mentioned her sister sooner, there may have been something he or the others could have done to stop her from coming on the lands. 'She could have mentioned her sooner, its a danger,' he thought, shaking his head in frustration.
He sighed deeply, coming to a desision. "Your staying with me until this is over with." His arm dropped from her shoulder and nelt down over the baby and lifted it into his arms, looking over it protectivly as he held it close to him. "Come on," he murmured, wrapping his arm around Fang again and walked up the beach with her.

"She's a skillful killer. She's always been. It's a reason she gotten the nick name the "ghost" of our former pack. She left no trace, only corpses." Shadow Fang said icly as she followed Jacob off the beach. There was no trace of a scent. The girl really knew to play her cards right. Wait for the rain to dissipate her scent.
Shadow Fang gritted her teeth as she walked. Fury slowly building within herself. She was one for a short temper. Jacob already knew this rather well. Keep Fang on a tight leash and she MIGHT cooperate, but that was a big might. Fang, in all honesty, didn't really consider herself apart of Jacob's pack. Rather, just a drifter. she'd help them if they needed it, but she wouldn't risk her tail for them.

Listening to what Fang had to say about her sister made Jacob tense. He wished that he had known of her sooner, as she was an obvious danger to them all. He stopped for a second, wondering. "Is it only those whom is close to you, or does she just do it for fun?" he asked, still holding her around the shoulders, knowing that she was also tense and upset, though it didn't worry him.
He shook his head, trying to get a clear mind. "She wont get past us again," I promise you. But if there is anything you know about her, that you haven't mentioned yet or have forgotten, please tell me.
" he looked to her sternly in the eyes, making it clear that he was serious. He let his arm fall from her shoulders, walking a few feet away and placing the baby on the ground, softly beside him. He cupped his hands and pulled the soft wet dirt towards him until it was around two and a half feet deep. He looked up to Fang, wondering what was going through her mind at the time. He wondered if she was just acting tough around him or not, but he was sure that she was... its only natural to be upset when something like this happens. He sighed and looked over his shoulder to the setting sun over the hills, with sunrays gleaming onto his skin. The sky was bright with colour. Pinks and yellows were colouring the sky. The clouds were disappearing from the rain that had stopped not long ago. He sighed against the back of his hand and placed the chlid in the medium sized hole. He looked to Fang and stood up. " I just want to get something. I wont be far if you need me," he murmured, running into the forest and seeing what he was looking for. He ran over to the small patch of light lilac wild flowers and picked up a bunch and headed back to them both. [/blockquote]

"No one knows her motives. I think it was her own mate dying on her and then loosing her pups soon after that caused this killing streak. She murders to fill the void. Killing makes her feel whole. I understand that feeling all-too-well" Fang said as she came to a stop with Jacob. She watched the dead be covered up. Icyness came over her heart as she watched the pup. She, herself, would love a mate more then ever now. The intense feeling of loneliness was overwhelming. Nearly everyone in this area had imprinted or had a love interest. Not Fang, nope, all alone. It really depressed her.
"She normally hangs around the colder areas. She hates the heat, just like me. She'll normally hang around the northern end of Canada or Siberia."Shadow Fang said as she took a seat down by the burial and let out a long, lonesome sounding howl. She was a human, true enough, but she could still imitate a damn good wolf howl. Even if it was rather morose.

He couldn't help but look to Fang when she mentioned that she knew the feeling of killing making her feel whole. He didn't understand it at all. He understood the feeling of revenge, but killing to feel whole was something he didn't understand and he didn't think that he wanted to."I don't understand . . . How do you know the feeling and why does it make you feel that way? I understand revenge, but to kill just for a good feeling, for fun... I don't understand it," he shook his head, confused greatly.
He placed a small flower he had picked on top of the baby, and covered it over. He placed the other flowers on top of the grave and then placed a small rock on the end of the stems of the flowers and more small rocks on top. His arm wrapped around Fang, keeping her close, knowing that she was hurting as she sat beside him, and howled with her. They both sounded like they were in their wolf form. He was impressed by how alike a wolf she sounded, he thought that he was the only one that sounded alike a real wolf in human form.

Shadow Fang smirked as she looked up at the sky. Night was beginning to set in. A chilly zephyr blew by. Chilly for a human, but normal for her. "Because I slaughtered a good number of my old pack..." Shadow Fang smiled slightly, as though reminiscing on the memory. "One doesn't understand the feeling....unless your a born killer." Fang looked back over at Jacob. "My mother and father were feared when they mated. My father had a nasty streak of killing when he was younger. It ran in the male side of the family. In a sense, my siblings and I all inherited the trait. Except for the runt of the litter. She died soon after birth" Fang pouted slightly.

"But your pack was just like your sister? Weren't they? They wanted to hunt you down and hurt you?" he still didn't understand it and she had been right; he didn't understand it like she did. He could understand the want and need to kill for servival, but not for fun and games. Jacob was one that hated killing now, since he had gotten Renesmee in his life. It didn't seem right to him at all. He didn't even understand the feeling he had towards the feeling of not wanting to take someones life away from them, someones loved one, but at the same time, if they were vampire, someones killer. But one killing another like a vampire did, was what drove him to kill. Each and very time. It never failed.
He was protective over all he cared for, most likely a little too much, but it didn't ever stop him from caring about them, for wanting to fight for their lives as well as his own. He looked up to Fang, looking her in the eye. He wanted to make himself clear on the subject. "You do understand, that I couldn't ever let you harm anyone for no reason?" his voice spoke deep, speaking slowly and calmly while watching her reaction.

"My pack wanted to eradicate us. I ran from them and joined a much small pack." Fang smiled slightly as she looked to the side, remembering her long lost love. "I fell in love there.....but my beloved got himself killed in a bamboo trap. Bled to death" Fang pouted slightly. She loved him. Se was almost 100% certain that she had imprinted on him.
Shadow Fang looked up, hearing him speak again. "I don't kill for sport Jacob. No, not anymore. I kill to eat. That is all." Shadow Fang said coldly. She knew she used to kill for a living....but after the death of her dearest, it all went away.

He nodded, glad to hear that she no longer killed for fun. He was more than glad to hear it, the last thing he wanted was to either hunt her down or kick her out of his lands. He liked having Fang around.
He felt sorry for her when he heard about her mate. "That must have been hard," he murmured almost silently. "Was he an . . . imprint?" he looked to her, hoping to god for her that he hadn't been. He didn't know what he would do if Renesmee got hurt, let alone . . . he couldn't even think it. He loved her too much. He grimaced at the knew thoughts that had entered his mind. They hurt, because he knew that it was a possibility

"Yes" Shadow Fang breathed out under her breath. She loved him so much.....but "he got what he deserved" as some would put it. He was a bandit, an expert one at that rate. Could pick your pocket and you'd never know. He went too far into another bandit's territory and he fell into a bamboo trap. Shadow Fang bit her lip and shivered at the thought. He heart forever ached for him, even after all these years.

"That must have been pretty hard for you," he murmured softly, holding her tightly, not wanting to think of how hard it would be. 'I couldn't imagine the pain that would have caused you." He looked at her in wonder.

"I nearly died myself. I kept drifting from mate to mate, hoping to find the same sort of love. Never happened" Fang said bitterly as she looked at the ground. She growled quietly. "Damn it! Why does everything happen to me! First my mate! Then my pups!" Fang near snarled out.
