I clutched tightly to Jacob, watching the men as they came closer to us. His arms were wrapped tightly around me, protectively, standing in front of me, watching each of the men's movements.
I could hear Jacob's heartbeat strongly in my ears, as I tried to hide from them and watch them at the same time. I could feel my tears running down my cheeks. I couldn't help but cry.
I knew what these men were like: ruthless, careless and heartless. With the only thing they cared for been the money they would make out of us if they caught us. I didn't see anyway out of this. We were trapped.
"Jacob, I'm scared," I sobbed into his shirt, holding him tighter as he held me tighter also.
"Its okay, I'm here. I wont be going anywhere. Neither of us will be. I promise you that." He looked down to me. Taking his eyes off the men for the first time since we had spotted them. His eyes were black and filled with emotion. Fear, sadness, rage, were just a few I picked up on.
And if I knew anything about Jacob . . . it was that he kept to his promises, so why didn't I feel any better about it?

In the past ten years a lot has happened in Forks and La Push, both good and bad. The wolves have evolved and like vampires, most werewolves have their own power or powers, with each of their powers ranging from each other as their powers usually match to their personality. The darker personality wolves had dark powers of either controlling or manipulating darkness from around, and the kinder, warmer wolves had the powers to heal others or take pain away for a short period of time.
And as if it wasn’t hard enough for the Cullens’ and the wolf pack to keep their secret to themselves, but soon and somehow, not long after Renesmee turned nine, the humans found out that both werewolves and vampires walked among them. And if that wasn’t bad enough as it was, soon the humans made jobs out of the new news of supernatural, trying to hunt down any vampire or werewolf they could hunt down with special gadgets, ranging from werewolf to vampire, and then selling them off for millions of dollars.
Now nowhere is safe for either the Cullens or the wolf pack, and as of late, many people having been moving to Forks and La Push, and they are sure that they know why and what the people are coming for, making it harder for both of them to keep their secrets and families alive.
No one can be trusted, apart from whom they already know. It's just too dangerous to make new friends and trust them like they used to.
What will happen in this new world? How will the wolves and the Cullens live without getting caught or hunted down? And what about Jacob and Renesmee? Can they keep both their pack and family safe, or just leave to live their own lives, like they have the strong desire to?
