Bella was happy. It was weird how she could be so happy and free of outside issues when around this wolf and dear friend of hers. After a couple of moments more of tickling him, she did relent and lowered onto her back beside him. Although her laughter hadn't stopped. Jake I hope I didn't hurt you. I'm sorry if I had. It was funny though.She grinned over at him as her head turned to the side.

Finally she turned her head back around and looked up to the sky in thought. A soft sigh of breath came from Bella as she rose her hands up to push through her hair. After another couple of moments, she turned to look back to him. Jake, do you think Edward knows I've all this time here with you? She missed Edward. Yes he had to go away and she felt as if a great part of her was missing, but she had no choice in the matter. She had to cope with it.

He wondered where he was and what he was doing. He pulled her into his side and wrapped his arm around her tightly. "What are you thinking about Bella?" he questioned, finding her hand and twining their fingers together and brushing his thumb over her fingers slowly while looking up at the sky. He kissed the side of her face softly, letting her know that she always had him there for her.
